Chewton, Chewton VIC 3451, Australia
About the event
A relaxed, small-group workshop for dog owners who want to understand their dogs on a deeper level.
We all know that things like fireworks, thunderstorms, being left alone or going to the vet can be stressful for dogs.
But what about the things we don’t recognise as stress?
A dog can be quietly stressed by its environment, daily routine, social interactions, handling, lack of choice, pain or discomfort, changes in its surroundings — and even things we do with the very best intentions.
And stress doesn’t just affect behaviour.
It can have a much bigger impact on a dog’s physical health, emotional wellbeing, confidence, nervous system and even mobility.
